Privacy Policy

Last updated September 2, 2026

GaffersHub is a team-management app for youth soccer used by coaches, club directors and parents. This policy explains what we collect, why, and the choices you have. The short version: we collect what the app needs to work, we don't sell data, and we treat children's information with particular care.

What we collect

Children's privacy

GaffersHub is used by adults — coaches, directors and guardians. Player profiles for children under 13 are created and managed by team staff or the child's own guardian; children under 13 do not hold their own accounts, and in-app messaging routes to a guardian for players under 13. Teen players (13+) may hold their own account when a guardian or staff member invites them. If you believe a child's information was provided to us improperly, contact us and we will delete it.

How your data is stored

Data is stored with Supabase (hosted on AWS in the United States), protected by row-level security so each team's data is readable only by its members. Transport is encrypted (TLS). We send transactional email (invites and registration confirmations) through Resend; recipient addresses are shared with them only to deliver those messages.
